I booked the apartment for my elderly parents & they were pleased with the apartment. Karen was great at communicating & even checked on them during the week. They loved the fact there was a bus stop across the road which seemed to go to most of the island.

The apartment was immaculately clean and the complex was well maintained, quiet and secure. The terrace was nice & sunny, with the added bonus of the private sunbeds - which was great. However, the bedroom is next to a road, so if you are a light sleeper this may be an issue. It was so good to have a powerful shower and a television with lots of English channels (especially for the football). Braulio & Karen were lovely and always at hand if needed. Thank you for the welcome pack and the extra bedding, towels & tea towels. It's a short walk away from a super market and there are a few restaurants and bars on the walk down to the harbour. I would definitely recommend staying in this apartment.

Muy buen alojamiento, acogedor y bonito. Está en un sitio céntrico tanto para hacer compras como para ir a la playa o tomar una copa por la noche. A destacar que tenia todas las comodidades de un apartamento, por lo que no echamos nada en falta, nos gusto muchísimo y los anfitriones nos respondían rápido y de forma eficaz. Gracias por la estancia!

Clean & Tidy. Overall a nice small apartment but few things we think could of been better. Beds are rock solid & extremely uncomfortable, spinal pain set in day 1 so do not recommend if you suffer from bad back etc. Shower is amazingly powerful but only has enough hot water for 1 person to shower comfortably, even with turning it off between shampooing! Good location. Pool had green slime ring round edge needs a clean. We slept on the mattresses on floor as it was more comfortable. Nice quiet location. Friendly neighbours. Apartment would benefit from shutters to allow you to keep windows open as no Air con & on road so didn’t feel comfortable leaving open & curtains for privacy as everyone could see in through the netting from outside main area. Bed legs collapsed & broke however host came & replaced next day. Still really enjoyed the stay. Got to take your own rubbish to bins down the hill, so don’t over load your bin liners. Aircon would be a great addition & a double bed! Thanks

Very responsive and good location. Nice apartment complex and pool was ok. Good hosts who responded quickly always. Rooms weren’t massively clean (stained pillows, hairs in the bed) and unfortunately a very loud dog outside but not much that be done about that. I would still recommend. Good Airbnb hosts overall. Good courtyard area and lovey a sun trap. Thanks

mooi gelegen appartement,met gemeenschappelijk zwembad. prima bedden. alles wat je nodig hebt is er. een boek met handige tips. wij hadden een auto gehuurd en dat is toch wel heel handig. supermarkt op loopafstand. boulevard en restaurants op loopafstand. als tip om iets gezelliger licht aan te brengen in het appartement. het zijn erg felle/ongezellig lampen.

Lovely stay at Sunnydays, it was squeaky clean upon arrival, a few essentials left for us and a great welcome book with all the information we could need, including some good restaurant recommendations. The location was good, it was close to the old town and shopping centre and in a very quiet area. The apartment was perfect and had everything we needed, our only negative we found as a suggested improvement would be the bed situation. The 2 single beds looked perfect for what we needed, but they were terribly hard and uncomfortable, almost like camp beds. We couldn't recommend staying here for longer than a few days with those beds, we stayed for a week and our backs were in bits. The plus was that the sofa pulled out into a double bed, so from the 4th night we slept on there instead! Great communications from the hosts pre and post stay, they were very clear and concise and made us feel very comfortable.

Lovely stay at Braulio’s - communication was excellent and the property had everything we needed. It was super clean too and really felt like a home away from home. The pool is just lovely and everyone we met on the complex was super friendly. The apartment is in a nice quiet neighbourhood so it’s lovely and peaceful, especially at night.

My husband and I came for a baby moon just before we became a family of three and our stay was amazing. Braulio was wonderful with communication and answered all our questions before booking. The apartment is centrally located and it was easy enough to find free street parking within 2 mins walk from the apartment, even during carnival. The view from the lounge was spectacular and it was great to open the windows fully and enjoy the breeze and the sunshine while people watching. The beach you look down on is pleasant and well maintained and a great beach for a dip and a bit of sun baking. Karen came and offered us some tips for exploring and recommend various restaurants around the island. All of the exploring recommendations were fantastic and the restaurants did not disappoint. The local cuisine was super fresh and tasty so be adventurous and keep away from the classic food you can get at home. We found no faults during our stay, however there is an Irish pub two doors down with live music until late on the weekend. It didn’t matter much for us but for people with early bedtimes or light sleepers this may be an issue. We would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat!

The apartment is at the best location you can imagine. The apartment itself is spot on and had no other wishes open including a perfectly working internet connection. The view from the living room is the best view I've ever had from an apartment until now, we really enjoyed it and is even better than on the pictures on Airbnb, it feels like you are over the water. We enjoyed Braulio and his flawless reliability, reactivity, kindness and overall care. Thank you very much for everything! We recommend this apartment 100%.

The flat is in front of a small but nice beach, along the seaside walk. Close to the city center, bars and restaurants, but it is quiet. Playa blanca is the best place to stay in Lanzarote, touristic area but far from the crowded tourist villages. Flat is fully equipped, clean and the host is nice and helpful for any needs. Great stay!

The apartment is exceptionally clean. Fantastic views and everything you need is in the apartment. The location is brilliant. Shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants are within seconds of leaving the apartment. Taxi rank on doorstep and bus station 5 minutes walk away. Can't fault the host or his home. Well worth every penny.
