Wake up and step out into the ocean breeze or sit on the terrace with your coffee before treating yourself to an early swim at the picturesque coast of Punta Mujeres. If the weather doesn’t permit a swim, which is quite rare, the apartment is in the perfect location from where to set off on a leisurely walk along the coast into the nearby village of Arrieta or to the other side for an adventurous trek.

The Property

The beach house Sleeps maximum 4 persons.

Enjoy the private terrace facing the Atlantic Ocean, where one can enjoy breakfast with stunning views during the sunrise or a glass of wine in the evening while listening to the breaking waves.

The apartment has two bedrooms. The master Suite has a double bed and enjoys an ensuite bathroom with shower whilst the second bedroom has two single beds. There is also another common bathroom with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, hob, washing machine and all the pots, pans, cutlery and utensils you may need to perfectly cook your favourite meals.
There is also a comfortable living room with TV and WIFI.

Location

Punta Mujeres boasts a large amount of natural rocky swimming pools of varying shapes and sizes, so whether you want to go for a long swim or just lie in the sand, you will surely find a pool to suit you just a short stroll away from home. The apartment is located on the stunning promenade of Punta Mujeres with the Jameos del Agua & Cueva de Los Verdas touristic attractions to one side and the picturesque beach of Arrieta (La Garita) within 10 mins walking distance to the other.

We are available 24/7 for anything guests may need, be it a restaurant recommendation or about the apartment, we are just a phone call away.

Baby cot and high chair can be provided at a fee, please contact us before you arrival.

If you have a late flight back home we can organise a guaranteed late check out at a reasonable price, depending on availability on moment of inquiry. This way you can stay in the apartment until the time that suits you best. Just ask us for more information.

The best

This was our tenth time on Lanzarote and the best appartement by far. Stayed at #4 and #13 but Sea Shell Beachhouse is absolute our favorite.

Aprire la porta di casa e sentire il dolce suono del mare che ti accompagna tutto il giorno, è semplicemente meraviglioso. Seashell Beach House si trova a pochi passi dalle piscine naturali del paesino di Punta Mujeres, dove godersi l'acqua dell'oceano in compagnia della gente del posto. L' appartamento era molto pulito e con tutto il necessario per trascorrere un soggiorno in assoluta comodità. Tranquillità e relax assicurati, senza dubbio un'esperienza da ripetere. Listen to the Waves

The Seashell Beach Apartment is situated directly in front of the ocean. Sitting there every morning und evening on the terrace was just terrific. We had the chance to view the surfers fighting with the ocean. The apartment has everything you need for a relaxed stay. The only thing we missed was a tea pot. The location is ideal: Only 2 minutes away to a small supermarket, less than 10 minutes away from our preferred beach (Playa de Caleta del Moro) and very close by to our favorite villages on Lanzarote: Haria and Teguise. We can highly recommend Seashell Apartment for a relaxing and down to the earth place for a vacation.

Alles perfekt

Wir waren 14 Tage im Seashell House und waren sehr zufrieden! Es ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und einfach an alles gedacht. Das Einzige, das wir vermisst haben, ist eine richtige Filterkaffee- Maschine. Mit der Espressomaschine ist es etwas mühsam, mehrere Tassen Kaffee zum Frühstück zu machen. Die wunderschöne Lage direkt am Meer kannten wir bereits von mehreren früheren Besuchen. Keine Hektik, Ruhe, gGemütlichkeit im kleinen Dorf Punta Mujeres!

Maravilloso.

Maravilla de Vacaciones en SeaShell. Desde la ubicación, la tranquilidad, el equipamiento de la casa a la que no le falta de nada. Todo suma y hace que la estancia sea un auténtico placer. Sin dejar a un lado, la amabilidad de los anfitriones Braulio & Karen que te facilitan todo lo necesario. Lujo frente al Oceáno.

Nice stay !

We stayed for 5 nights and the picture were accurate. The location is very nice, 5 meters from the sea. The airbnb was clean and well equipped. Overall we had a nice time there. The adresses given were nice. A little overpriced for us.
