   Seaview paradise

   Positive: Beautiful views Very clean Super comfortable Home from home Perfect location Karen and Braulio great to deal with Enormous terrace Easy access to the beach... metres away. Internet very fast Everything you need and much more. I can't thank Karen and braulio enough for allowing us to stay in this little piece of paradise. My partner and I stayed here for 7 days 23/4/24 - 30/4/24 for her birthday and it was the best we have stayed in on the island. We have been to Puerto del Carmen on numerous occasions and this was by far the best accommodation yet. Getting out of bed in the morning and just heading straight to the terrace for the views was superb. The terrace is in the sun from sunrise to sunset, GREAT for sunbathing. Also, the location was fantastic. In the heart of everything, but you don't hear anything other than the waves washing ashore. We will DEFINITELY be back and hopefully sooner rather than later. Thanks again for a wonderful week in your Seaview home. 10/10 Negative: The only downside about this little piece of heaven.... was having to leave because our 7 days were finished and we had to go home to Scotland

   This was an absolute great find. Centre of the PDC strip yet NO noise from street. Magnificent uninterrupted view of the ocean, the cruise liners, the flight of planes, sunrise and sunset and private steps down to rocks for a little walk to a fab quiet end of beach... Lots of glassware, crockery, cooking utensils, tea towels, games, books, hand/bath/beach towels, quality beds and extra linen, drinks, local recommendations, welcome pack of lovely surprises much appreciated !! Great communication from Karen. No complaints, problems or issues from start to finish. Perfect place to stay in Lanz for anyone who wants to walk the coastline, out the gate to Calero/Quemada to the left and Matagorda and Playa Honda to the right. Perfect also if you want to order food in our cook at home, as the patio is so comfortable and beautiful.

    Seaview Coastal Home

    Absolutely fabulous place to stay , the sea views are amazing , watching the sunset on your own balcony is fantastic, Karen welcomed us at check in. Showed us around the villa ,and explained everything, there was a welcome package left also with wine beer water bread biscuits and fruit , wonderful surprise , we had a fantastic time here , we will definitely return again one day , Thanks again Karen and Braulio

    5 star 5th time back!

    Once again we had a fantastic holiday in this wonderful seaside home. If you want privacy and space and to still be only minutes from the sea and great restaurants then look no further. Super supportive host ( Braulio came to our rescue when we locked ourselves out). We can highly recommend this location.

    Beautiful villa, directly on beach in an excellent location on main strip. Villa is very well equipped, very clean and a beautiful large balcony with amazing views. Lovely bars and restaurants next door and we loved our daily sea swims in front of villa. Will return here.

    Positive: The location was excellent. The facilities were so good we did not need any help during the whole week. We spent a lot of time just relaxing on the balcony. This lives up to all the pictures you see. Negative: There was very little to unlike about the property. It is a tiny bit over looked by a neighbouring restaurant but to be honest you need to walk out to the end of the balcony before they can see you. The apartment is spotless and in a quiet location considering it is on the main strip

    This was our 6th stay at the Seaview property and it was excellent as always. The location is fantastic and you couldn’t ask for a better view. Karen and Braulio were excellent hosts. We have already booked for 2023 and we are in the process of finalising dates for 2024. We really wouldn’t think about booking anywhere else.

    Perfect

    We had a 2 week holiday in a lovely apartment in a perfect location. When you wake up you hear the sound of the sea, when you have breakfast you look out over the sea. And in front of the door you are immediately on the promenade (but you don't hear anything about it inside). Karen and Braulio were very friendly and helpful. It was just perfect. We will come back for sure.

    We stayed in Seaview coastal villa for the second time and it is still amazing place. Ideal location everything in property you need and the view and sound of the waves day and night makes it such a relaxing place.     Amazing location
