We spent 10 days in this lovely two bed apartment situated in a quiet part of Costa Teguise. My husband & I felt very comfortable here and the secluded outdoor area is a real positive as is the beautiful pool area. There is a local supermarket and a few bars and restaurants along the main road but we preferred to walk into the town. The centre of CT is approx 0.8 mile walk along the esplanade. Whilst it's not a long distance, in the heat of the day it can seem a bit of a trek especially as there are only a couple of bars along the route. We found we were averaging approximately 14000-17000 steps a day.. We are in our 60's and would probably chose to stay more central for our next visit but for a younger fitter couple it would be perfect.

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt, Karen war sehr aufmerksam und hat sich hervorragend um uns gekümmert. Die Lage ind das Haus sind perfekt, lediglich das Wlan war etwas langsam. Karen hat sich aufopferungsvoll bemüht, das Problem mithilfe von Handwerkern zu lösen, es wurde dann etwas besser. Ansonsten war alles perfekt.

El apartamento tal y como se ve en las fotos. Es amplio y estaba limpio y ordenado. Tiene todo lo necesario para la estancia. Las camas muy comodas. Nosotros estuvimos una semana y nos sentimos como en casa. Además, los anfitriones nos dieron instrucciones detalladas para la recogida de llaves y para aparcar el coche, y estuvieron pendientes por si todo estaba ok o necesitábamos algo. Super amables. 100% recomendable.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Apartment sehr genossen. Es hatte eine Ausgezeichnete Lage. Es ist mit den Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut zu erreichen. Die Lage zum Strand ist wunderbar und auch der Pool waren sehr gut zu erreichen. Bei jeglichen Fragen und Anliegen konnten wir Karen immer gut erreichen. Wir hatte auch die Möglichkeit eines Late Check- outs. Wir haben uns wirklich wohl gefült. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub.

El apartamento es tal y como se describe en el anuncio. Hemos estado una semana y nos hemos sentido como en casa. La atención de Karen en todo momento es algo a destacar además de toda la información recibida antes de la llegada para disfrutar de la estancia en el apartamento y los servicios de la isla. Todo estaba muy limpio, ordenado y con lo necesario para unas vacaciones tranquilas. Si tuviera que aportar alguna mejora constructiva seria haber podido disponer de aire acondicionado pues los últimos dos dias con las altas temperaturas ha sido complicado dormir todo y que disponiamos de ventiladores. Nos gustaria agradeceros toda la atención recibida pues han sido unas vacaciones increíbles para nuestra familia y la isla es un lugar que sin duda todo el mundo deberia poder visitar.

Super séjour dans cet appartement- maison. Très agréable logement : spacieux, 2 salles de bain, très bien équipé ( lave vaisselle, lave linge, ect...), très joliment décoré, 1 belle terrasse. Le tout situé dans une résidence privée avec parking, très belle piscine à 50m et accès direct au front de mer avec une plage à 600m. Pas très loin du centre de Costa Teguise. Petite info : n hésitez pas essayer la Paëlla du Bar de la piscine. Braulio et Karine préparent très bien votre arrivée.

Karen nous a très bien accueillis. L’appartement est situé dans un complexe calme. Il dispose d’une belle terrasse intime avec du beau mobilier de jardin. L’appartement est tel que présenté sur le site Airbnb. Deux éléments ont fait que nous n’avons pas donné une note parfaite: - une légère odeur à l’intérieur lorsque nous revenions à la fin de la journée (elle se dissipait avec le temps en aérant) - le fait de ne pouvoir mettre de papier de toilette dans la toilette (il fallait utiliser la poubelle pour éviter les problèmes de plomberie) Sinon tout était correct.

Wonderful Holiday
Another wonderful holiday in a lovely relaxing place. Stayed here in September/October and loved it that much we went back again in February! Lovely accommodation with absolutely everything you could possibly need. Only a short walk, approximately 30 mins into the main hub of restaurants and bars. Hosts Karen and Braulio are very helpful and quick to respond to any questions/queries that you may have. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Logement fidèle aux photos, très propre et bien équipé ! J’ai été agréablement surprise par l’organisation des hôtes. Toutes les informations sur le logement, sa localisation, les bonnes adresses sont données avant le voyage. Notre vol arrivant super tôt, ils ont avancé le check-in de deux heures donc un grand merci à eux pour leur accueil et leur flexibilité ! Une très belle expérience pour visiter cette magnifique île !

Our stay at Braulio's was absolutely perfect! Apartment felt so much more private than what the pictures shared and was incredibly quiet in comparison to other areas we've stayed in. Apartment was well equipped and we were provided with lots of information, which made our stay so much better. Location is also perfect, never felt too far away from anything we needed. Enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon!

Karen always answered e mail straight away which is very reassuring. The complex from the front entrance looks a little run down but that is far from the reality when you step through the gates, all the properties have been beautifully renovated. Estrella Mar 12-2 is only a short walk from the seafront promenade, which is accessible via a private gate. The whole complex is extremely secure with only residents having access. The bungalow was perfect for my wife and I. We were there for 3 weeks in November. A few things that we thought could have improved our stay were mattresses for the sunbeds and more crockery. The property has a dishwasher which is very handy but because there were not enough plates and cups, we didn’t tend to put it on which was a shame. These small things would have resulted in a 5 star review, but we still had a fabulous holiday and have no hesitation in recommending the property for a holiday. Thank you Karen and Braulio

- Apartamento de dos habitaciones amplias y con dos baños cuidados y limpios. - La terraza es amplia y agradable. - Fácil aparcamiento. - Piscina y urbanización tranquila. - Acceso directo desde la urbanización al paseo marítimo. - Anfitriones muy atentos. - Se nos olvidaron un par de cosas en el apartamento y nos lo devolvieron dándonos facilidades. - La salida es a las 11:00, que era bastante pronto para nosotros pero lo cierto es que ya lo sabíamos desde el principio con la documentación que te mandan y te dan la posibilidad de ampliarla un poco si no hay huéspedes más tarde.

A hidden gem! Beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean modern apartment. Very well resourced with everything needed. Comfortable beds. Really good outside private patio area with furniture. Close to the large and very clean pool. Very close to promenade and small local supermarket. Location - 20 min walk from centre of Costa Teguise, but near to small selection of local restaurants and bars. Very good communication with really helpful hosts. So good, we’ve already booked for our return next summer!

This is a lovely apartment with everything you need but a little tricky to find. Our host let us check-in much earlier than we should have which was fantastic. Location was perfect for us, no sea view but a very quiet location. The only downside was no change of bedding or towels for the week we stayed. This wasn't a big problem but a mid-week laundry change would've been nice. If several people share the accommodation, you would have to be stagger shower times because of the small water heater. Otherwise would highly recommend.

Appartment was absolutely perfect for us! The place is super clean, almost new and very nicely decorated. It has all equipments (including beach towels, so rare). Parking is available in the residence. The sea is just 100meters, but sand beach is a bit farer (1km). Nearby is a supermarket and great italian pizzas to go! (<500meters). Karen made it very easy for our arrival/departure and answered all questions! I would definitely recommend!

this apartment is like mini villa. no-one above or below, just you and a private terrace. The owners have created a perfect getaway with everything you could need. The complex is secure (locked gates all around) and is very safe. There is a pool and snack bar for residents. I feel this was once a complex run by an all inclusive travel company as there was a reception and 'dining hall'. However, I suspect the company went bust and the apartments were sold off. they all look immaculate so the disused ex communal areas are not an eyesore,just intriguing. the grounds are clearly maintained to a high standard. Two bathrooms in this apartment as well as a full kitchen. very impressive and a lovely quiet holiday just a little further outside the main facilities but that meant no weight gain!!! bonus.

The location is great for who is looking for a place to relax and enjoy the ocean. There is a private access to the beach and promenade. Wifi connection is quite good and stable to work together with someone else connected at the same time. The apartment was not cleaned as we expected and missing some cleanings products but all the apartment was quite well equipped for longer stay (coffe machine, stoves, ..). Host welcomed us and gave us many recommendations on what to do, check in and check out were seamless.

Le logement était parfaitement adapté à nos besoins, en tout point conforme à nos attentes et au descriptif, et parfaitement équipé, du coup en toute autonomie. Le lave vaisselle est un vrai confort pour la vie en vacances ! Sa situation géographique est idéale, et son emplacement dans la résidence parfait. Nous avons passé une semaine magnifique. La découverte des Canaries et de Lanzarote en particulier est une très belle découverte. Une semaine est cependant très courte pour découvrir tout ce que cette île a à offrir. Nous ne manquerons donc pas d'y revenir !! Caroline Halbardier

Very clean spacious apartment with lots of light . Well equipped kitchen . Quite location . The swimming pool is nice and clean . We did not use it much thought as the water in the ocean still warm mid October . Karen left for us some basics like ground coffee, some dishwasher tablets and even some laundry liquid. It’s nice to have it all on the arrival one less thing to worry about . Thank you !

Great apartment in a nice complex. Very clean and nice outdoor space. Not too far to walk to the square in town but also plenty of places on your doorstep if you don't fancy a walk. Karen and Braulio were very good hosts and nice to deal with. Would definitely book again. 5 Stars from us.

El alojamiento dispone de todo tipo de equipamiento necesario para disfrutar de unos días en la isla. Incluye detalles muy útiles no encontrados en otros apartamentos. what a lovely apartment, in a great location, very well equipped, the complex is well maintained and fairly secure. Everything was as shown in the details the apartment has been renovated and looks and feel bright and clean and was indeed spotless when we arrived. about 20 minutes walk into the town along the front. there are good restaurants even closer on the main road, all in all we had a very good three weeks in the apartment. Maybe to know, a little bit far from the center of Costa Teguise (beach and bars alonc the sea around 2 or 3 km to walk) but some restaurants are close and very good with great view !! We recommand !!

The comfortable, well equipped apartment was in a gated complex, very quiet and felt safe. Within walking distance were bars, restaurants and supermarket/shops which we made good use of. We found a hire car useful to sightsee and get around the island with my 92 year old mom, who finds walking any distance tiring. Overall a relaxing break for us all.

We visited for 12 nights during Covid (September 2020) and the place was sparkling clean, face masks and hand sanitizer provided, a quiet residential area - perfect for a quiet family holiday! The residence was wonderfully situated with shade, a palm tree and end of terrace position. Safe and tranquil for the kids. Modern and freshly decorated - many of the items looked brand new! It is 3 minutes from the promenade with a wonderful private entrance and a long promenade up to Costa Teguise and P Del Carmen in the other direction. The area is upmarket and residential with lovely seafront cafes and restaurants. The organisation was outstanding with easy check-in and out. Only 15 minutes from the airport.

Excelente apartamento, muy limpio y bien equipado, dentro de una estupenda urbanizacion con piscina y muy tranquila, al lado del mar, con un paseo peatonal magnífico. Braulio ha sido muy amable, con indicaciones detalladas y un montón de información y sugerencias, incluidas en un estupendo folleto virtual. Altamente recomendable

Appartment in a former appartmenthotel. In the first moment it is weird, because the front building is empty. Nice looking, quiet, clean. It is very near to the beach. But it needs a walk (or drive) to the city centre. Supermarket is near.

Excellent hosts. Was met by Braulio who took time and effort to show us around the Estrella De Mar Apartment and even helped with luggage - which was above and beyond. Totally agree with other guests... in that the apartment was sparkling clean and fully equipped for a very comfortable stay. Although there is maintenance and renovation work ongoing in the complex (noted in other reviews), this apartment was a quiet location and very convenient to the magnificent Costa Teguise promenade. Highly commend and recommend... 1st class.

Apartment was sparkling clean and as described! Location is great, calm and relaxing just next to the pool and a short walk away from everything one would need (stores, beacg, restaurants, gym). Good starting point to explore the Island too. Braulio and Karen were very welcoming and recommended nice places to check out - we enjoyed every second !

La petite maison et la piscine sont totalement conformes aux descriptions : très calme, très propre, très bien équipée (lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, sèche-cheveux, four micro-ondes, four neufs). Le stationnement se fait facilement à l'intérieur de la résidence sécurisée. Karen, chargée de l'accueil, est très disponible et efficace. De délicates touches d'attention nous attendaient dans le logement !

Ruhige und sehr saubere Unterkunft in ehemaliger Hotelanlage Die Unterkunft bietet alles, was für einen entspannten Urlaub erforderlich ist. Aufgrund der Lage (Endgrundstück) ist es in dort auch sehr ruhig. Man hört zwar gelegentlich (leise) die angrenzenden Nachbarn ohne dass dies allerdings stören würde. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und auch im Doppelbett ausreichend groß für zwei Erwachsene. Für uns als Selbstversorger war alles vorhanden, um einen entspannten Urlaub zu verbringen. Eine Kaffeemaschine fehlte bis zu unserer Ankunft zwar, ist jetzt aber da :-) Bei Ankunft war alles sauber , aufgeräumt und alles in einem tadellosem Zustand. Wer WLAN und deutsches Fernsehen benötigt, wird auch das in seinem Urlaub nicht vermissen. Die Kommunikation mit Braulio bzw. Karen ging immer schnell und umkompliziert. Dazu ein freundlicher Empfang und problemloser Check-In. Der Pool der Anlage ist zwar nicht beheizt, kann bei entsprechender Aussentemperatur dennoch gut genutzt werden. Insgesamt wirkt die ganze Anlage sehr gepflegt.

Ha sido un placer estar en la casa, todo estaba tal cual en las fotos, camas muy cómodas, muy limpio, nos recibieron con una botella de vino y un montón de cosas más para desayunar... Nos faltó un adaptador para el secador y en 20 min ya lo teníamos. Ha sido un verdadero placer. Sin duda alguna lo recomiendo 100x100 Muchas gracias

Appartement très joli, conforme aux photos et bien équipé. Le quartier est sécurisé et très calme bien que proche des commerces et restaurants. Braulio nous a donné de très bons conseils et un accueil chaleureux. Je recommande volontiers cet appartement.

Spent a week here with a friend and couldn't be more pleased with our choice. From the warm welcome, to the immaculately clean apartment, which was so comfortable and really did feel like a home away from home. The location was great, the apartment itself is at the end of the row, so nice and quiet. The terrace was a lovely area to relax, and the complex itself is quiet and well maintained. It was only a 20 minute walk into the centre of Costa Teguise, but plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes also close by and a bus stop right out the front. Taxis from town centre were only €3, if you couldn't be bothered walking back. The beds were super comfortable, and it was great having a bathroom each. Highly recommend this place.

El apartamento está impecable y cuidado al detalle. Tiene todo lo necesario. La urbanización donde está ubicada es muy tranquila y se descansa fenomenal. Hay un paseo marítimo a pocos pasos y la zona céntrica de costa Teguise -a 10/15’ andando-ofrece bastantes atractivos: buena comida, playa, tiendas... hay supermercado cerca de la casa. Braulio ha sido un gran anfitrión, muy atento y amable en todo momento. Lo recomiendo totalmente.

This place is excellent. Stylish design, house full of extras you will need during your holidays, amazing big swimming pool, and “fashionably-detached” from the buzzing town center, so that you can get there quickly if you want the crowd, but calm and safe if you prefer a bit of quiet time. The host is excellent too. Easy checkin, always a whatsapp away to help.

Stayed at Braulio’s place in Costa Teguise with my daughter for a week. The area is a little out from the main centre but there are many fabulous restaurants close by and two supermarkets for all needs. Also the walk along the promenade to town is lovely. Braulio was a fantastic host. Communication was good and prompt. The apartment is exactly as described and exceptionally clean. Has all equipment and facilities needed for a pleasant stay. We hired a car so got to see all of the island and parking outside the apartment was gated and secure. I would not hesitate to recommend Braulio’s place and would stay again if visiting Costa Teguise.

We had a lovely stay during the lead up to Xmas. The apartment was just as described. A little out from the centre of Costa Teguise but bus stops right outside Playa Roca and taxis also cheap if you didn’t want the lovely beach front walk to the many shops and restaurants. Excellent stay.

Nice apartment with everything required to self cater. English tv wasn’t easy to get on and the hot water can be a problem when four people want a shower due the tiny tank but as long as you agree a plan it’s fine as heats up reasonably quickly.
