Best apartment in Lanzarote
Positive: We had a welcome basket with fruit, wine, champagne milk and water. Miguel met us at the apartment and was really polite and friendly. The apartment was perfect and spotless. I would happily recommend it to anyone. Negative: The only thing I could mention is the apartment is above a restaurant which plays live music from 9.30pm until about 1.00am. This didn't bother us but it might be an issue if you like an early night.

This apartment is beautiful and it is in a very good location .... close to numerous shops and restaurants. It is just across the beach and you enjoy sea view not only from the balcony but also from the living room. Communication with the apartment management was fast and clear. Miguel is absolutely fantastic! He gave us directions to the apartment and he met us there. There were complimentary water, wine, fruits, chocolate, milk, soft drinks. It had all the amenities listed and much more. Internet was fast, good water pressure, numerous TV channels. There are windows on the ceilings of the bathrooms and the main bedroom which reduces the use of electric bulbs during the day and the one in the bedroom can be covered with a round cushion to avoid being woken up by bright light. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed. There are two bathrooms in the apartment but the bathroom in the main bedroom is rather small. The apartment is on top of a bar/restaurant that plays live music in the evening so it could get noisy. We did not find this as a minus because it did not take anything away from the beauty of the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay. Would I go there again? Would I recommend this apartment? Yes, definitely!

We had a wonderful holiday brilliant location. Fantastic restaurants and a wonderful walk along seafront and cliffs each morning. It was right beside a fantastic beach with only about 60 beds and mostly child free. Definitely go back again.

We had a fantastic stay in this apartment. Everything was 5 star, from communication to cleaning to location. We were welcomed with a basket full of goodies🤩 The balcony was spacious so we ate breakfast outside everyday. The nice little beach just across the road was perfect for a morning swim🏊🏻♀️ We parked the car a couple of streets away. There are plenty of bars and restaurants in the area. There is a restaurant beneath the apartment which played music everyday. We could hear the music when we went to bed, but it did not bother us. We were four people so it was convenient that the apartment has two bathrooms. Can highly recommend staying here, and would love to come back☀️

Positive: I have stayed here twice - the apartment is stunning and great views with a great large terraced balcony. right in the middle of ‘the strip’ with The Old Town 20 mins walk away. beaches just across the road & very central. Negative: The first time I stayed here The American Indian bar directly below wasn’t open, this time it was and the music you could hear in the bedrooms from the live band was so loud I could hardly sleep. It began every evening from 10pm and went on for hours. It does say it under ‘more information’ in the property description but says you may hear ‘some’ music. Well you do and it is LOUD! so be prepared. Other than that and not having water for few days due to issue with the bar downstairs, it was amazing. The location is right on the ‘strip’ and nothing is far. The apartment is well equipped and Miguel who shows you around/emergency contact is such a nice. Helpful guy. Might be worth putting a secure key box with spare keys outside as one night we shut our keys in apartment by mistake and had to call Miguel out. the main tv in the lounge doesn’t have Netflix that we could see and so channel choice really limited if you’re English. The loud music every night was really painful for me & my husband sleep wise - in the end we knew all the bands playlist (which is the same practically every night) - wish they had sound-proofed the apartment even slightly.

Positive: Mooi ingericht. Modern. 2 badkamers. Mooi terras. Ruimte voor te zonnen en eettafel en zithoek. Ook mooi ingericht met Palm en verlichting. Uitzicht op de boulevard en zee. Het ligt boven een restaurant met ‘s avonds van 2200 to 0110 live muziek. Je hoort de muziek binnen. Maar na 0110 uur geen last meer. Negative: ‘S nachts soms een paar minuten een hard storend geluid van een afzuigkap of airco van het restaurant. Niet een airco geluid, want daar slaap je doorheen. Maar echt een hard geluid trillend door de muur van de slaapkamers. Soms om 0300 uur. Soms om 0500 uur. Laatste nacht om 0300 en 0500 en vanaf 0700 tot 0830. Werd er wakker van. Alleen in de slaapkamers(achterzijde appartement). In woonkamer en terras geen last van.

Positive: It is right in the middle of the main beach road in Puerto Del Carmen and is a beautiful modern apartment with everything you need above the American Indian bar/restaurant. Luckily for us during our stay it wasn’t open so can’t comment on what it would be like (noise/smell etc) during business as usual. The apartment was fabulous with large terrace, fantastic views, lounge/kitchen was comfortable with all you need. (Look in top cupboard about extractor for kettle - we missed it and bought one! Ha) and the bathrooms are great - light and spacious. There’s a fabulous welcome pack waiting for you also. The agents came to see us during our stay and Braulio & Karen were fabulous - nothing too much trouble. We felt truly privileged to stay here in our fave place in the world! Negative: We didn’t go out every night in our 2 week stay and stayed in to cook - there are only a handful of English channels which were in Spanish and only later did we find how to change the audio to English via Tools setting. DVD and films would have been good or more channels but this was just us! We had a heat wave while there and the bedrooms got very hot as air con unit in lounge so slept with doors open to it.

Miguel met us and took us to the apartment and showed us around and explained everything we needed to know. Loads of extra personal touches, fruit, wine, personalised bag. All round 10/10 Negative: Nothing to dislike, only the fact we didn't stay long enough?

Quando siamo arrivati l’apartamento non era male anche se sembra un negozio di souvenir, senza spazio nell’ armadio della cucina per gli alimenti. Quando abbiamo spostato il letto per montare la culla e molto sporco, quindi le pulizie erano state fatte male . Il materasso della culla per la bambina che sembrava presa dalla spazzatura, sporco e umido e ne abbiamo comprato uno nuovo . Il comportamento del propietario alla nostra uscita a stato invadente perché è entrato e continuava a guardare dove avevano spostato i souvenir e soprammobili.. quindi dopo aver pulito e spostato tutti i soprammobili .. quando siamo andati il proprietario sue e’ permesso di chiedere 165 di extra per spese di pulizia !! E 65 euro per una culla con materasso sporco .. vergognoso . Inoltre alla sera dalle 21.30 alle 2.30 del mattino ..c’è musica dal vivo nel locale sotto l’appartamento .. e sembra di essere dentro al locale .. non si riesce a dormire .. dalle 6 del mattino iniziano i rumori di pulizia locali … la cosa bella dell’appartamento è la posizione è il terrazzo con vista mare .. ma complessivamente non consiglio l’appartamento

Braulio, you are by far the best host that we have ever had the pleasure of being hosted by. The information before we arrived was superb & clear & so helpful & your communication during our stay was wonderful. You made us feel so welcome with all the little touches, we didn't want or need anything in the apartment as every little detail had been covered & the little welcome touches of the gift, bubbles & glasses in the fridgev& the chalk board made us feel like VIP's. I cannot thank you & your wonderful cousin Miguel who was so friendly & helpful for making our stay so luxurious & easy. And the apartment & the view are incredible & sorely missed. The location was everything we wanted & more. We had more bars & restaurants than we would ever need right on our doorstep not to mention a number of supermarkets & shops. The location is above a bar playing music, however what good music it was to enjoy from the comfort of the balcony! The beach across the road was lovely & sandy & never too busy & so many bits made our stay & memories so memorable. I cannot recommend this apartment, the location, the 15 min transfer from the airport or the hosts more. Utterly outstanding we feel very lucky for our experience. Muchos, muchos, gracias 💖

Absolutely great apartment, central location, supermarket 2 mins away. Great hosts with basic provisions loaded in fridge (wine, milk, water, fresh fruit bowl). Miguel was incredibly helpful upon meeting us on arrival. Apartment is spotlessy clean with all the amenities for cooking at home if so desired. The location may not suit those with families as some noise from music below. Definitely recommend will be going back

It was a wonderful holiday. Our arrival was so nice: to come at the appartement after long day travelling and being waited for by host Miguel who showed us the wonderful presents that where there for us, from the island. They know how to make people feel welcome. The appartement was very clean. Enough space for clothes and other stuff. A beautiful cozy terrace with a marvelous view. And as music lovers we could enjoy live music from our terrace every night. Our kids also enjoyed Ocean View very much. We would very much like to return to Ocean View when possible. Thank you so much Braulio, Karen and Miguel for making our holiday so complete!!!

Epic apartment. Right in the middle of the strip. 10 minutes walk either way and you are getting away from the centre. Yes, the apartment is right over a bar but it was not an issue for us as we were out socialising most nights anyhow, sometimes in that very bar below which does have some great staff and cocktails. Also, we chose to sleep in the back room anyhow which was much quieter and darker, just a tip. We used the main bed room as a large closet during our stay which helped keep the apartment nice and tidy. Balcony was great for breakfast, relaxing and people watching. The apartment is literally across the road from the beach, there are about 4 entrances to the beach within a few hundred steps. We liked entrance 11 I think it was as it had a toilet facility and showers. There are some great eateries near by, Via Brazil, La Canada and Chow Méin are must trys. And our favourite place for live music, cocktails and dancing was Tequila Lounge just on the next block. Definitely try the Gelato stand near that bar too on your way back from the beach. Some great flavours. Check in and check out were seamless and we would definitely think of rebooking this apartment again if returning to Lanzarote. Also to note that there were taxi ranks within 100/200 metres of this apartment either way you went.
