We had a lovely stay here and were pleasantly surprised by the April weather! The location is so peaceful and we loved that we could sunbathe in our own private area. The pool area was also so peaceful and chilled. It was exactly what we needed and we would definitely recommend.

Second time we have been here and it is outstanding. Lovely area with good pool and well tended surroundings. Short walk to supermarket, bars and restaurants in locally. An extremely pleasant walk into Costa Teguise along the path by the sea with something for everyone there. I would highly recommend this apartment as it offers everything you need.

We had a lovely stay. Everything you need for a self catering stay. We hired a car to get round the island and also bicycles for 2 days as it was half hour walk into the centre but a nice walk along the promenade. The video Karen sent to show us where the apartment was was really helpful and a great idea. Nice clean apartment and complex...bear in mind the pool bar only takes cash and they're a lovely couple who run it. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Had a fantastic stay at this apartment. It looked exactly like the photos and was spotlessly clean. A welcome pack was provided meaning that we had water, coffee and something to eat when we arrived. Cooker, dishwasher, Wi-Fi and washing machine all had simple and clear instructions for use and the TV was internet capable. Bedroom was clean and had plenty of storage space and beds were comfortable. Bathroom was spacious with a great shower. Prior to arrival I was sent clear instructions for check-in which included a video showing the route from reception to the apartment. The apartment is located in a very quiet part of the complex and is close to the gate which gives access to the promenade.

Positive: Nos alojamos en Diciembre en el apartamento Estrella del Mar. El apartamento esta situado en un complejo de apartamentos muy tranquilo y con una piscina increíble. Además tiene una terraza privada bastante grande con tumbonas y mesa exterior. Está decorado con mucho gusto y las camas y el sofá son súper cómodos. Cocina y baño correctamente equipados. Nuestro contacto con el apartamento fue Karen y en todo momento nos contestó al teléfono para solventar cualquier duda. Estuvimos muy agusto. Negative: Está todo muy correcto, tal vez la necesidad de otra toalla de aseo ( hay una grande de ducha y otra pequeña pero estaría bien una tercera )

The onsite pool side restaurant was really good please support it as they only can serve playa roca guests. Only a 15 minute walk into the main town with so many places to eat on the way.

Had an amazing stay .. so much so that we have booked up for next year! The apartment was clean and well equipped with everything that you need. The outside space was a little suntrap and was so peaceful. The pool area on the complex was clean with plenty of Sun loungers available. There is a gate just by the apartment which takes you onto the walk way by the beach and was a lovely stroll in the morning or to go into town at night. Just a few minutes walk there are some lovely little restaurants and bars and 15/20 minutes walk you are in the main area with loads of fabulous restaurants, shops and bars Karen was extremely helpful answering any questions we had ... If you are looking for a fabulous stay in Costa Teguise then I would not hesitate to recommend

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this apartment, and as soon as we walked in it was beyond our expectations. The check in was easy and it was a short walk to the apartment. The facilities were exactly as described and was very clean. A starter pack was left in the fridge which was most appreciated. The outside area/terrace gets the sun all day and there is a shaded area with a table and chairs. The sun beds are very comfortable and not the plastic ones. The pool area and surrounding areas are well kept and it is a pleasant place to swim. The pool bar is a must to visit with reasonably priced drinks and excellent food. It is a nice 20-25 min walk to the main town out of the back gate along the beautiful path. There are also plenty of shops/restaurants out of the front which are 5-10 min walk. We had an excellent stay and cant wait to go back in March, thank you.

we have just returned from 10 nights here and we had such a brilliant holiday! the location was perfect and only a short distance from everything we wanted and needed from our trip, the accommodation was spotless, easily accessible and very peaceful! would definitely recommend here for anyone wanting a quiet and relaxing holiday- we hope to return as soon as possible 🌟

Extremely happy with our stay. Within a 5 minute walk are shops and decent restaurants. Otherwise there is a nice walkway to the main strip ~20 minutes. (walk out the back way) Balcony was private and can easily lie out in sun loungers all day. The sun hit the balcony all day for us and no need to move the sun loungers. The complex is nice and quiet, we heard no noise while trying to sleep. Never felt in danger walking late home at night. Check in was through a keybox and can go any time. Instructions were very clear and they gave a video of every step you need to take. Once in the apartment there is another paper guide of good things to know. It was a bit hard to sleep at night with only the fan. We brought our own USB fans which helps, but not the same as AC. Outside is cool so as long as the windows are open you won't be stuffy. Would recommend washing bedsheets if staying 5+ days as ours got sticky from the sweat at night.

Love this place
We just love coming to this property. it's a home away from home. Perfect for a couple with everything you need. Shops are a 5minute walk and so is the beach. The apartment has a large patio with a boundary wall approximately 1.5m high so has perfect privacy. Thanks again, we hop to see you again soon X

Es un apartamento limpio, bonito y cómodo. Uns elección maravillosa y recomendable 100%. Es tal cual o mejor de lo que aparece en las fotos y está equipado con absolutamente todo lo que uno podría necesitar durante la estancia. La urbanización en la que está situado es bastante tranquila, limpia y organizada. La zona de la piscina es genial y muy cuidada. La ubicación es buena también, ya que en 20-30 minutos desde el apartamento puedes estar en cualquier punta de la isla. Hay mucho aparcamiento fuera, contenedores de basura, paradas de autobús que conecta con varios puntos de la isla y algún que otro supermercado cerca. La Playa del Jablillo está solo a 5min en coche y es una pasada, perfecta para hacer snorkel en un agua cristalina y turquesa. La comunicación con el anfitrión así como la entrada y salida independientes fueron súper fáciles. El pack de bienvenida un gran detalle. Recomendado 100%.

A Very Happy Seven Days in a Lovely Apartment
Perfect. Nothing to be faulted with this apartment. It's exactly as pictured and spotlessly clean when you arrive. Excellent quality sunbeds and beach towels also provided which is a bonus. Sun on the terrace for most of the day but always some shade if you are a ginger like me. Firm but very comfortable beds. Nice big shower. Large smart TV but no UK channels so Netflix for us. A week was not enough....

A perfect place for a peaceful stay. Apartment is just as described and the outside area is a bonus, with both table & chairs and loungers. It was clean and tidy with excellent communication from Karen with regards to entry, even a video which was helpful as we arrived after dark! The walk to the centre and the beaches is very pleasant as it's along the coastal path only a 2 minutes walk from the apartment. There's a supermarket 5 minutes walk away and the apartment was well equipped for us to eat there for a couple of nights. All in all, a fantastic place to stay, I wouldn't hesitate to book again. Thank you Karen and Braulio

Die Organisation und die Kommunikation war mehr als gut. Die Lage der Unterkunft war für uns ideal, da man sehr schnell auf der Strandpromenade von Costa Teguise war, aber immer noch weit genug entfernt, um im HOTSPOT zu sein. Somit hatte man nach einem schönen Abend in den Bars und Restaurants immer noch einen schönen Spaziergang. Die Lage auf der Insel ist auch sehr gut und zentral, um Ausflüge auf der ganzen Insel zu unternehmen. Die Wohnung an sich war sauber und ordentlich, mit einer schönen Terrasse, die sich bestens für ein schönes, gemütliches Frühstück eignet. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung und die sehr netten Gastgeber auf jeden Fall weiter.

We had a great stay at Braulio's lovely clean and well appointed apartment. The sunny terrace is great, being quiet, private and nicely furnished. The kitchen has everything needed for a self-catering holiday with good utensils and well stocked cupboards. The pool area is very welcoming with plenty of sunbeds and is just a minutes walk from the apartment (it even has a small bar). We would recommend the apartment to those wanting to be near the beach and in easy walk of bars and restaurants in lovely Costa Teguise.

Très bien. Un séjour très agréable.
Positive: Le logement est très bien équipé. Il est aisé de se garer non loin de l'appartement. La résidence était plutôt calme et très bien sécurisée. Les hôtes sont réactifs et nous ont aidés a faire fonctionner la machine à laver quand nous en avions besoin. Negative: Le logement propose des lits jumeaux. Etant venu en couple, cela était peu confortable. Une odeur désagréable était souvent perçue au niveau de la terrasse, c'est dommage. Pour finir, il n'y avait pas de chauffage et nous n'avons pas pu obtenir de seconde couverture.

Positive: Everything was clearly explained and our host could not do enough for us. The facilities in the apartment were excellent everything that you needed was provided. We shall defiantly return. Makkelijk naar de zee kan lopen. Negative: Niet bekend is dat Wc papier niet door toilet mag. Mis een kluisje. Een extra deken Lampje op TV kast. Plafond licht is erg fel. Ophanghaakjes keuken voor thee/handdoeken. Informatie/instructie werkwijze wasmachine en hoe te handelen bij stroomuitval.

Positive: La ubicación es muy buena porque tiene un acceso al paseo que está muy cerca del apartamento, el cual te lleva a diversas playas de esa zona. Fuera del complejo es fácil aparcar. Es un apartamento con todas las comodidades para 2 personas, no le falta de nada. La cocina es muy completa, con cantidad de electrodomésticos. Y la terraza que tiene con muebles en el exterior es espectacular, si hace buen tiempo se disfruta mucho de ella. Negative: Lo que menos me gustó del complejo, por decir algo, es que tiene poca iluminación de noche, creo que es un problema que tendría fácil solución. Del resto todo bien, sin problema.

Quando siamo arrivati la casa era molto pulita e nonostante abbiamo avuto difficoltà nel trovarla, Karen è stata disponibile nonostante fosse sera tardi. Ci siamo trovati bene, unica cosa consiglierei di aggiungere qualche salvietta di ricambio perché due salviette per una settimana sono un po’ poche, oppure consiglio di portarvene qualcuna da casa. Tutto sommato ci siamo trovati bene considerato il rapporto qualità prezzo molto conveniente. Grazie!

Schicke Unterkunft, sehr sauber und modern. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und das Haus bietet alles, was man braucht, um als Selbstversorger einen schönen Aufenthalt zu haben. Sogar eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Die Betten sind bequem und die Dusche im Badezimmer schön groß. Die Sauberkeit ist tiptop! Sehr ruhige Anlage. Der Selbst-Check-In war problemlos und easy. Zur Promenade ist es ein kurzer Weg. Die Hosts waren stets für uns erreichbar und sehr freundlich.

Very smooth communication with the owners, apartment very centrally located on the island, within walking distance of the sea and restaurants. The apartment was very clean and equipped with many appliances. Community pool is not heated and a bit too cold in April. Downsides for us are the two separate beds and mattresses that are too hard and a very small boiler so you don't have enough hot water.

El apartamento está situado en una ubicación inmejorable. El complejo en el que se encuentra está cerca de playas, paseos, retaurantes y todo lo que necesites para las vacaciones. El apartamento cuenta con una terraza genial y una buena piscina para disfrutar del sol. La única pega es no poder contar con un mando de la puerta para poder aparcar más cerca del apartamento. En el día a día no importa pero cuando vas cargado con compra o maletas se agradecería tener el coche más cerca, pero eso no importa mucho.

Wir haben den ganzen Montag lang in dem Apartment verbracht. Es war eine sehr schöne Zeit. Die Wohnung ist genau so ausgestattet wie in der Beschreibung und noch mehr. Karen und Braulio sind sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Auf jeden Fall empfehlen wir die Unterkunft 👍🏻

Apartment is in a quite location, only a short walk to shops and restaurants. Very well equiped kitchen. A very comfortable place to spend a week in (or longer), nice touches on our arrival. Karen was very helpful, met us at the complex and we were able to check in early which was most appreciated. We hope to be back soon.

Sin duda Braulio es un gran anfitrión! Cuando llegamos, nos encontramos con un apartamento limpio, con muchisimas comodidades y decorado con un estilo impecable! Ademas, encontramos varias sorpresas de bienvenida como algunos productos locales para degustar, asi como que nos facilitaban toallas, sombrillas, bolsa de playa... El alojamiento esta muy bien ubicado en cuanto a farmacias, restaurantes, supermercados y playas. Esta claro que necesitas un coche para moverte por toda la isla, pero eso es necesario en cualquier parte de Lanzarote en la que te quedes. Tanto Braulio como Karen han sido muy atentos, siempre han solventado nuestras dudas asi como nos han ofrecido una amplia gama de recomendaciones. Si volvemos a Lanzarote, sin duda será aquí, incluso ya se lo recomendamos a todos nuestros conocidos!!!

El apartamento es estupendo y decorado con un gusto excelente. Todas las comodidades disponibles y todos los detalles muy cuidados. Braulio hasta pone a disposición de los huéspedes toallas de playa y una sombrilla! La ubicación es estupenda, desde el apartamento se puede llegar prácticamente a todas las zonas de la isla en una hora máximo. Braulio nos dio detalles y consejos a nuestra llegada que resultaron ser excelentes. Recomiendo el apartamento Estrella de Mar 100%!

Braulio is great host, brilliant communication and was very helpful. We followed a lot of his suggestions and weren’t disappointed. The apartment is perfectly located for seeing everything on the island. Very pretty and comfortable apartment, we immediately felt at ease and relaxed. It’s got everything you would need and Braulio left a lovely little welcome package, which was very kind! Can’t recommend enough! Thank you for a lovely stay.

My husband and I are in our mid 60s and have travelled extensively, staying in a large variety of accommodations. The complex is very quiet and peaceful with very well maintained grounds and pool. A variety of apartments and villas, small, mainly flat pathways and gardens give it a village feel. I cannot walk very far so we found the local shops, bars and restaurants very useful. The apartment is spotless, spacious and very well equipped with lots of thoughtful, seaside themed furnishings to make it more than just a holiday home. I particularly liked the bathroom which is light and airy with a large walk in shower, with a non slip floor and hand rail. The towels are the largest I have ever had in any holiday accommodation. The terrace chairs and sun beds are very comfortable and can be moved around for shade or sun . There are a few very good local restaurants and bars and a supermarket a short walk away. The bus stop is right outside and is 2 stops into town or a taxi is less than €5. Braulio and Karen are excellent hosts. Thoroughly recommend.

We stayed at Braulio’s apartment for 6 nights in August 19 and loved it. If visiting the Island again then I would definitely return. The apartment is spacious, modern and beautifully decorated with so many little touches, it really is a home from home. It has a lovely large balcony and all the amenities you could wish for. The complex is made up of privately owned apartments and has a lovely large pool and a pool bar ran by a friendly British family who live on site. They do a wide range of drinks and food at very cheap prices. The location is perfect and backs straight onto the promenade which is about a 15 minute walk along the coast into Costa Teguise. Braulio gave us lots of good tips on places to eat/visit etc.. and checked in on us throughout our stay. I really can’t fault a thing. It was just what we were after and it exceeded all expectations. Thanks for a great stay!

Excellent service and fantastic apartment. We love the wrap around patio which offers privacy and sun throughout the day. Furnished to a very high standard with all modern amenities, and use of a large swimming pool, what else do you need. We can't wait to come back x
